Dairy Supervisor

Qualifications

• A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
• Previous grocery, dairy, retail, or supervisory experience is preferred.
• Knowledge of dairy products, inventory management, merchandising, and food safety practices is preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills are required.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities are essential.
• The ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment is necessary.
• The ability to work a flexible schedule, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays, is required.
• The ability to safely operate equipment in accordance with company standards is necessary.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
• Frequent bending, reaching, lifting, carrying, and twisting.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Ability to work in refrigerated environments for extended periods.
• Ability to safely operate equipment in accordance with company standards.
