About the role
We are looking for smiling and passionate team members who love making a difference and want to create something special at Dagmar Teatret. Your mission is to create unforgettable moments for our guests by being present, helpful, and taking responsibility—both for guests and colleagues. If you're not assisting a guest, you're helping a colleague. You should be curious about our guests, understanding what makes a difference for each one, and brave enough to step out of your comfort zone.
Responsibilities
- Sell tickets, popcorn, and coffee
- Restock supplies and offer guests a glass of wine
- Assist guests in finding their seats in the theater
- Clean up after guests
- Ensure Dagmar Teatret always appears cozy and inviting
- Take initiative to handle tasks as needed—if you see something that needs doing, you do it
Requirements
- Engaged, proactive, and ready to take action where needed
- A natural ability to make people feel welcome with an eye for detail
- Comfortable working under pressure in a dynamic environment
- Available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays, including filling in for sick colleagues
- Must be at least 15 years old

Pay
Collective agreement-based pay of DKK 182 per hour for employees over 18 and DKK 103 per hour for those under 18. Includes holiday pay, pension, and other allowances.
Schedule
Evenings, weekends, and holidays, with flexibility to cover shifts in case of illness.
