Part-Time, Onsite role with Lancer Hospitality at the Minnesota State Fair.

About the role

Join us at the Great Minnesota Get-Together! Work outdoors in a fun, fast-paced environment creating unforgettable experiences for guests. This is a high-volume, high-energy setting where you’ll pour beer and deliver exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

• Pour beer for customers.
• Serve customers in a friendly and helpful manner.
• Check identification to ensure customers meet age requirements for alcohol purchases.
• Follow all health and sanitation regulations.
• Communicate customer complaints or concerns to the manager on duty.
• Accurately process transactions through the POS system and provide correct change.
• Collaborate with coworkers and management to solve problems and improve service quality.
• Maintain a clean customer bar and work area.
• Complete other assigned tasks and duties as needed.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old (required to pour beer).
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to memorize and describe a variety of beverage recipes, especially for mixed drinks.
• Must be able to work varied shifts, including holidays and weekends.
• Ability to interact in a multicultural environment with diverse age groups.

Pay

$19.00 – $22.00 per hour.
