D1 Training Head Coach

About the role

If you are an experienced, world-class Coach who loves the fitness industry and can step in as the top coach at a franchise location for one of the fastest-growing fitness franchises in the United States, this coaching position at D1 Training is for you. This is NOT an entry-level position. The Strength & Conditioning Coach should have the ability to work with any client from day one, including professional athletes, college athletes, adults, and youth as young as 7 years old. Responsibilities

• Lead a team of coaches by example, bringing energy, passion, and excitement.
• Coach both group fitness and personal training clients with expertise.
• Execute membership sales and upgrades.
• Prevent member attrition through regular goal-setting meetings and check-ins, and assist the general manager with retention.
• Participate in regular meetings with the general manager and coaches to set goals and track facility progress.
• Be an integral part of the D1 community and represent the brand both in and outside the facility.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Exercise Science (Master’s preferred).
• Certified Personal Trainer (CPT) and Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS).
• Sales/business management experience.
• Minimum 3 years of experience coaching in both group and personal training settings.

Pay

Full-time position with a base salary plus a strong commission/bonus structure.

Schedule

40 hours per week.
