About the role

As a Technical Recruiter at TRM Labs, you will play a crucial role in driving the company's ability to attract, engage, and hire top talent. Your success will be measured by the velocity and quality of TRM's talent acquisition.

Responsibilities

  • Build a high-velocity recruiting engine that efficiently identifies and recruits the best talent to TRM.
  • Manage the full recruiting lifecycle across a variety of roles and teams.
  • Create positive candidate experiences throughout every touchpoint.
  • Develop creative and impactful sourcing strategies that will help us find and hire a diverse and exceptional team.
  • Continuously improve our recruiting processes and increase the efficiency of our hiring.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of recruiting experience in high-growth US-headquartered tech startups.
  • 2+ years of tech recruiting experience within cyber security companies.
  • Proven experience in hiring hard-to-fill roles, with expertise in using sourcing tools, conducting market research, and developing personalized outreach strategies.
  • Ability to analyze and interpret recruiting metrics, conversion rates, and market data, using these insights to refine strategies and provide actionable feedback to hiring managers.
  • Quickly familiarize oneself with new roles and requirements, showcasing flexibility, curiosity, and a high tolerance for change in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
  • Exceptional communication skills to work effectively with hiring managers, provide regular updates, and manage expectations.
  • Skilled at building trust and acting as a strategic partner in the hiring process.
  • Strong persistence and a results-oriented mindset to handle challenges, follow up on passive leads, and meet ambitious outreach targets.

Qualifications

  • AI Fluency: We expect every team member to use AI to accelerate and reimagine their craft, not just automate surface tasks.

Skills

  • Strong understanding of AI and its applications in recruitment.
  • Experience with ATS systems and recruiting software.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Benefits

The compensation details listed in this posting reflect the US base salary only. The estimated base salary range for this role is $150,000 - $180,000. Additionally, this role may be eligible to participate in TRM’s equity plan.
