About the role
As a Customer Service Senior Coordinator, you will provide high-level information and resolve complex day-to-day and escalated issues in response to inquiries about products and services.
Responsibilities
- Receiving inbound phone calls and assisting with inquiries
- Data entry and record updates
- Creating and managing work orders
- Processing employee badges and access requests
- Handling parking reservations
- Performing administrative tasks such as routing, scheduling, and coordinating work orders
Requirements
- 2+ years of customer service/client experience
- High school diploma or GED
- Basic computer skills
- Great communication skills
Schedule
Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
Location
San Antonio, TX (in-person; not remote)
