Careerscape is supporting a client opening for a Hybrid Entry-Level Customer Coordinator. This role focuses on coordinating customer requests, maintaining client records, supporting daily operations, and ensuring customers receive timely, professional assistance throughout their experience. Compensation
The salary range for this role is $55,000 - $80,000 per year, based on experience, communication skills, organizational abilities, and client hiring needs. Additional compensation and benefits details will be shared during the hiring process.
What you’ll do
- Coordinate customer inquiries and service requests
- Respond to customers via email, phone, and chat
- Maintain accurate customer records and documentation
- Schedule follow-ups and coordinate appointments
- Track customer cases and ensure timely resolution
- Collaborate with internal departments to resolve issues
- Prepare reports and customer activity summaries
- Update CRM systems with customer information
- Monitor service quality and customer satisfaction
- Aid in onboarding new customers when needed
- Maintain confidentiality of customer information
- Perform additional administrative and customer support duties as assigned
We’re looking for
- A high school diploma or equivalent required
- An associate's or bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field preferred
- 0–2 years of experience in customer service, administration, retail, hospitality, or related roles
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- A high attention to detail and accuracy
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and CRM software is a plus
- Ability to prioritize tasks in a hybrid work environment
- A strong problem-solving and customer service mindset
- A professional, dependable, and collaborative attitude
Nice to have
- Internship or entry-level customer service experience
- Familiarity with CRM platforms such as Salesforce or HubSpot
- Experience coordinating schedules or service requests
- Knowledge of customer support best practices
- An interest in client relations and business operations
