Customer Support Liaison

Primary Responsibilities

  • Answer Help Desk phone calls and emails primarily from OEM customers and their dealerships
  • Be a subject matter expert on the Overhaul platform, primarily focused on Finished Vehicle
  • Provide/support on-line or F2F training for new customer or capability launches
  • Identify system issues or capability enhancements
  • Create/administer customer KPIs
  • Support ad hoc operational needs (ETA analysis, locations, etc…)
  • Support new business development pursuits (Proof of Values, Customer Meetings, Conferences)
  • Provide a high level of transparency and communication across the organization
  • Support Customer Facing Lead to drive production adoption and value creation within responsible accounts

Qualifications

  • A vital part of the role’s competence is communication
  • Outstanding written and verbal ability
  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration or other related field (preferred)
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Self-motivated and requires little oversight/direction
  • Analytical skills and hands-on with data
  • Works collaboratively
