Customer Support Liaison

For our client, we are seeking a Customer Support Liaison to join the team of a leader in the Education, Government & Non-Profit space. In this remote role, you will serve as a key point of contact for customers and internal support teams, helping ensure technology services are delivered smoothly and professionally. You will coordinate incident response, service requests, and customer communications while keeping resolution work aligned to SLAs. This position also supports onboarding, access management, and process improvement efforts across enterprise technology environments. Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available Compensation: $105,000 – $130,000 annually Responsibilities Act as the primary point of contact for customers and support teams Triage and coordinate incidents and service requests using an IT service management platform Ensure timely resolution of support activities in accordance with SLAs Communicate service interruptions and maintenance updates clearly and effectively Coordinate onboarding and access management activities in Microsoft environments Provide technical guidance and support for enterprise technology services Identify service issues and recommend process improvements Qualifications Bachelor's degree in IT, Business, Communications, or a related field 5-7 years of experience in IT customer support or a related role Familiarity with enterprise applications, including Microsoft 365 and Azure Proficiency in ServiceNow or a similar IT service management tool Ability to manage incident response and customer communications effectively Strong written and verbal communication skills Benefits Professional development opportunities Flexible work hours and potential remote work options Collaborative team environment Access to advanced technology platforms and tools Health and wellness programs Our client is an equal opportunity employer.
