About the role

The Customer Liaison Support role is responsible for providing exceptional customer service through phone, email, and chat support. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills and a positive attitude.

Responsibilities

  • Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat
  • Resolve customer issues efficiently and professionally
  • Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction
  • Document interactions and escalate complex issues to supervisors
  • Participate in regular training sessions to improve customer service skills

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Experience in customer service or a related field is a plus
