About the Role
We’re hiring Customer Solutions Engineers to drive technical implementations of its flagship ERP product and new products in development. This is a customer-facing role with real product influence. You'll spend most of your day talking to customers, leading implementation and onboarding for net-new customers (the team onboards 5-8 net-new customers per week), and shaping the product based on what you see in the field.
Requirements
- Must-Have: 1-6 years of customer-facing technical experience (solutions engineering, implementation, or comparable)
- Strong technical fluency: can read API documentation, understand integrations, and translate technical concepts for non-technical customers
- Excellent communication: comfortable leading customer conversations and managing multiple accounts simultaneously
- High agency operator who can navigate ambiguity in a fast-paced startup environment
- SF in-person, 5 days a week (no remote option for this role)
Nice-to-Have
- Prior implementation or solutions engineering experience at an early-stage B2B SaaS startup (pre-Seed through Series C)
- Construction tech, fintech, or accounting software adjacency
- Startup tenure at pre-Seed through Series C
- Top 20-30 schools with engineering or technical degrees
- Multi-year tenure at a previous role
