CUSTOMER SERVICE - TITLE MANAGEMENT SPECIALIST

Duties

• Receiving, sorting, cleaning, inspecting and preparing instruments and medical devices for patient care use
• Operating various types of processing equipment including sterilizers
• Maintaining records associated with quality assurance
• Distributing patient care products to areas within the medical treatment facility

Requirements

• License Required: Valid California Motor Vehicle Operators License
• Education: High School diploma, GED equivalency, or a high school proficiency certificate and proof of successful completion of a formal sterile processing training program
• Substitution: Two (2) years of full-time experience (or the equivalent of full-time experience) in a sterile processing unit of an acute care hospital performing sterile processing and distribution functions may be substituted for completion of the formal sterile processing training program

Qualifications

The employment list established by this recruitment may remain in effect for six (6) months.
