Responsibilities

• Provide a pleasant and efficient banking experience to all customers.
• Identify customer needs beyond normal teller transactions and refer them to appropriate team members for further assistance.
• Emphasize quality customer service and attention to detail in a retail/sales‑focused environment.

Requirements

• Previous experience with cash handling or customer service is preferred.
• Ability to identify customer needs beyond normal teller transactions and refer them to other team members.
