About the role

Currency Exchange International (CXI) is seeking a Part-Time Teller to join their team at the Westfield Southcenter Mall branch in Seattle, WA. The Teller represents CXI in high tourist areas such as malls and airports.

Responsibilities

  • Provide high-quality customer service and maintain a positive attitude at all times.
  • Operate cash registers and handle transactions accurately.
  • Ensure compliance with all financial regulations and policies.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to meet departmental goals.
  • Participate in ongoing training to enhance skills and knowledge.

Requirements

  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Basic computer knowledge and proficiency with point-of-sale systems.
  • Problem-solving skills to resolve customer issues promptly.
  • Strong customer service skills to ensure customer satisfaction.

Schedule
