As a Part-Time Teller/Customer Service Representative at Viking Bank, Ashby Branch, you will be the first point of contact for customers, assisting with everyday banking transactions such as deposits, withdrawals, and account inquiries.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet every customer with warmth and professionalism, making them feel welcome and valued.
• Process deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, and transfers accurately and efficiently.
• Balance your cash drawer daily, issue cashier’s checks, and assist with debit card and check orders.
• Avoid errors and maintain a secure and organized workspace.
• Resolve customer concerns and connect them with the right team members for more complex needs.
• Follow all policies and procedures to ensure customer privacy and security.
• Identify and recommend additional products or services that can support a customer's financial journey.
