Key Responsibilities

• Answer inbound customer calls
• Process orders and schedule service
• Dispatch technicians as needed
• Conduct follow-up calls to close sales opportunities
• Provide excellent customer service and support
• Aid in seasonal sales efforts and promotions
• Support marketing campaigns during peak season

Sales & Seasonal Focus

• Pick up where CSR responsibilities leave off during off-season
• Focus on inside sales and lead generation during peak season

Qualifications

• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Retail or service experience preferred (but not required)
