In this omnichannel role, you’ll assist guests in person, over the phone, and across digital platforms to ensure a smooth and satisfying shopping experience. Whether you're helping with orders, managing calls, or supporting store teams, you’ll use technology and service skills to represent Bob’s with integrity, enthusiasm, and care. This is a full-time, in-store position with required flexibility to work a flexible retail schedule.

Responsibilities

• Assist guests in person, over the phone, and across digital platforms to ensure a smooth and satisfying shopping experience.
• Use technology and service skills to represent Bob’s with integrity, enthusiasm, and care.
• Support multiple functions in a dynamic retail environment, including order entry, cash handling, and payment processing.
• Manage calls and support store teams effectively.
• Use support systems and CRM tools to manage customer interactions efficiently.
• Perform multitasking and follow-through on customer inquiries and issues.
• Solve problems and identify root causes to improve customer satisfaction.
• Adapt to new technologies and systems to enhance service delivery.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old to be considered for employment with Bob’s.
• Strong verbal communication, judgment, and customer service skills.
• Basic computer proficiency and willingness to learn new technologies.
• Ability to stand and walk on showroom floor, sit and perform computer-based work at a desk, and speak clearly on phone and use standard office equipment.

Pay

Expected Base Pay Not Including Potential Commissions, Incentive, Bonus, etc. Opportunities: Pay: $15.88 per hour
