About the role
Join Bob’s Discount Furniture as a Customer Service Support Associate - Bob Squad and be a key part of delivering exceptional support throughout the customer journey. In this omnichannel role, you’ll assist guests in person, over the phone, and across digital platforms to ensure a smooth and satisfying shopping experience.
Responsibilities
- Assist guests in person, over the phone, and across digital platforms
- Manage orders and handle customer inquiries
- Support store teams with various tasks
- Use technology and service skills to represent Bob’s with integrity, enthusiasm, and care
Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Strong verbal communication, judgment, and customer service skills
- Basic computer proficiency and willingness to learn new technologies
- Ability to work flexible retail hours
- Ability to stand and walk on showroom floor
- Ability to sit and perform computer-based work at a desk
- Ability to speak clearly on phone and use standard office equipment

Pay
