Customer Service Support Associate - Bob Squad
Join Bob’s Discount Furniture as a Customer Service Support Associate and be a key part of delivering exceptional support throughout the customer journey. In this omnichannel role, you’ll assist guests in person, over the phone, and across digital platforms to ensure a smooth and satisfying shopping experience.
Responsibilities
- Assist guests in-store, over the phone, and via digital platforms
- Help with orders, manage calls, and support store teams
- Use technology and service skills to represent Bob’s with integrity, enthusiasm, and care
- Order entry and accuracy using support systems
- Cash handling and payment processing
- Multitask and follow through on customer requests
- Problem-solving and root cause analysis
Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Ability to work flexible retail hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Strong verbal communication, judgment, and customer service skills
- Basic computer proficiency and willingness to learn new technologies

Pay
Expected base pay: $17.22 per hour (not including potential commissions, incentives, or bonuses).
Schedule
This is a full-time, in-store position with required flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
