Customer Service Supervisor/Human Resources Recruitment Coordinator

About the role

The Customer Service Supervisor/HR Designee (CSS/HR) oversees quality care and customer service, assigns staff, schedules services, and manages records.

Responsibilities

• Understands and adheres to the client's care plan
• Serves as a liaison between clients and their circle of care
• Maintains and updates client care plans and services
• Coordinates schedules and staffing for billing and payment
• Provides training and consultation to direct care staff
• Supports HR functions including recruitment, hiring, onboarding, and compliance
• Processes and reviews employment applications
• Coordinates new hire onboarding and exit meetings
• Manages data and files in HRIS
• Monitors personnel action forms and ensures compliance with employment laws
• Maintains ongoing file compliance and certification/training documentation

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• Some college coursework or Associates degree preferred
• Two or more years of community service, client service, or staffing experience
• Two or more years of general office and computer experience (Microsoft O365, scheduling, HRIT)
• One to two years of Human Resources with high volume recruiting experience
• One to two years in a supervisory role
• Prior experience delivering services to the elderly, disabled, or developmentally disabled

Qualifications

• Ability to make quick decisions and handle confidential information
• Excellent customer service skills and experience with the public
• General knowledge of employment laws, HR processes, data entry, and client support services

• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

USD $16.00 - $18.00 / Hour
