Duties And Responsibilities

  • Support ongoing department goals of driving success and satisfaction for growing list of clients.
  • Provide excellence across every client, field team member and vendor engagement.
  • Help drive client retention through thoughtful, timely and effective actions.
  • Respond to customer communications and follow-up to ensure high level of satisfaction.
  • Prepare, send and track quotes through Salesforce.
  • Follow up as needed to ensure all quotes are resolved.
  • Cook up scheduling of special services for clients.
  • Follow-up to ensure that scheduled work is completed on a weekly basis.
  • Maintain spreadsheet for quotes/work orders to ensure data is accurate and up to date.
  • Supply managers with customer specific information as needed.
  • Maintain and update customer service files.

Requirements

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
  • Ability to organize lots of information and provide attention to detail.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
  • Ideal candidate must be able to willingly submit to a criminal background check, be authorized to work in the US and have reliable transportation.
