Responsibilities

  • Maintaining the Customer Relationship Management system (CRM).
  • Answering phone calls and addressing customer inquiries.
  • Greeting clients with a friendly and professional demeanor.
  • Providing basic administrative assistance for various computer systems used in the calibration laboratory.
  • Responding to customer service calls, emails, and web requests promptly and courteously.
  • Coinciding field service work with customers and maintaining onsite schedule.
  • Performing shipping and receiving duties, as needed.
  • Processing calibration documents for technicians.
  • Generating calibration quotes.
  • Other duties and responsibilities, as necessary.
