Responsibilities
- Maintaining the Customer Relationship Management system (CRM).
- Answering phone calls and addressing customer inquiries.
- Greeting clients with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Providing basic administrative assistance for various computer systems used in the calibration laboratory.
- Responding to customer service calls, emails, and web requests promptly and courteously.
- Coinciding field service work with customers and maintaining onsite schedule.
- Performing shipping and receiving duties, as needed.
- Processing calibration documents for technicians.
- Generating calibration quotes.
- Other duties and responsibilities, as necessary.
