Purpose
Responds to incoming mail and telephone inquiries including order placement, product availability, shipments, pricing, expediting, invoicing, consignment and special projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries (phone, email, fax) both internal and external
- Order entry and schedule changes
- Maintain forecast/schedule for long lead time
- Accurate Invoicing
- Shipping/Receiving
- Consignment inventory reconciliation/invoicing
- Follow up on orders with production, shipping, logistics and problem solving
Qualifications & Experience
- Associates Degree preferred
- Related experience: Sales Support, Customer Service, Logistics, Scheduling, Inventory Management

Benefits
- The salary range for this position is $45,000 - $55,000 USD Annual.
