About the role

Join SIXT as a Coordinator Customer Sales & Service and become an essential part of our Customer Sales & Service team. In this role, you'll serve as a trusted resource for our customers, assisting with reservations, billing inquiries, and service-related concerns while delivering the premium experience that sets SIXT apart.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver a premium customer experience by responding to inbound customer contacts within established service level expectations
  • Assist customers with reservations, vehicle selection, rental modifications, billing inquiries, and general service-related requests to ensure a seamless rental experience
  • Resolve customer concerns by utilizing active listening, sound judgment, and effective de-escalation techniques while providing timely and accurate solutions
  • Partner with internal teams across North America and global departments to resolve customer requests efficiently and effectively
  • Maintain accurate documentation of customer interactions while utilizing CRM systems and internal tools to ensure consistent service
  • Consistently achieve performance, quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction goals while representing the SIXT brand with professionalism

Requirements

  • Education: High School diploma or equivalent required; Associate degree preferred
  • Experience: 2-3 years of customer service experience with a strong focus on customer support, conflict resolution, and problem-solving
  • Technical Skills: Proficient with Microsoft Office applications, CRM platforms, and the ability to navigate multiple systems in a high-volume environment
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong interpersonal abilities and a customer-first mindset
  • Organization: Highly organized with strong attention to detail, the ability to multitask, prioritize responsibilities, and manage time effectively
  • Professionalism: Adaptable, success-driven, and committed to delivering exceptional service while contributing positively to a collaborative team environment

Compensation & Schedule

  • Starting Pay: $19.50 per hour
  • Monthly Performance Bonus: Earn up to $500 per month
  • Schedule: Full-time position, must be available to work weekends
  • Work Arrangement: Completely Onsite at our Tulsa, OK Regional Office
