Customer Service and Sales Coordinator
About the role
We are seeking a proactive and detail-driven Customer Service and Sales Coordinator – T-FIT to support the continued growth of our high-performance insulation product range based in Walton, Kentucky.
Role Responsibilities
Customer Service and Order Management
- Act as the primary point of contact for customers across the T-FIT product range
- Process sales orders accurately and efficiently
- Manage enquiries relating to pricing, lead times, order status, and delivery schedules
- Proactively communicate updates and resolve issues quickly
- Escalate complex queries where required to ensure customer satisfaction
Sales Coordination
- Provide day-to-day support to the T-FIT sales team
- Prepare quotations, order confirmations, and supporting documentation
- Maintain accurate customer, pricing, and order data within internal systems
- Cook up shipping and customer collection schedules
Internal Collaboration
- Work closely with Operations, Planning, and Supply Chain teams to align demand with production capability
- Support forecasting and demand planning through clear communication
- Ensure internal teams remain aligned on priorities and commitments
Reporting & Continuous Improvement
- Maintain accurate records and support reporting on order flow and service performance
- Identify opportunities to improve processes and enhance customer satisfaction
- Support continuous improvement initiatives across the customer journey
Team Contribution
- Collaborate with the local team to achieve regional sales targets
- Provide flexible support during peak business periods
- Contribute to a positive, professional, and customer-focused environment
Requirements
Previous experience in customer service, sales support, sales administration, or order processing
Experience working in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment
Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams such as Sales, Operations, or Supply Chain
Experience using CRM or ERP systems is advantageous
Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel and Outlook
Excellent attention to detail with a high level of accuracy
