Customer Service Representative - Patient Experience (Part-Time, Sat/Sun, Days)

Responsibilities
- Greets all employees and visitors prior to allowing entry to JPS Health Network facilities.
- Monitors incoming staff members, contractors, vendors, guests, patients, etc., and allows entrance according to established guidelines.
- Maintains a neat and orderly work environment.
- Demonstrates efficient and accurate telephone skills.
- Exhibits customer service behaviors in day-to-day activities.
- Maintains inventory levels and provides masks at facility entrances (if needed).
- May be required to travel to various locations.
- Performs other job-related duties as assigned.
Requirements
- High School Degree, GED, or equivalent.
- 1 year of customer service experience.

Schedule
- Part-time, Saturday and Sunday
- Shift: Day (6:00 AM – 6:30 PM)
