Responsibilities include providing exceptional in-person and phone service, explaining loan products, processing applications, managing customer accounts, performing data entry, and ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements. The role requires a positive attitude, strong communication skills, attention to detail, and organization. Qualifications include a high school diploma or equivalent; previous customer service or data entry experience is preferred but not mandatory.
