Customer Service Representative | Full-Time/Part-Time

We are seeking a Customer Service Representative responsible for assisting potential and current customers with loan inquiries, vehicle evaluations, and account management. Key duties include providing exceptional in-person and phone customer service, explaining loan products and payment options, processing loan applications, managing customer accounts, performing data entry, and making courtesy reminder calls. The role requires maintaining compliance with company policies and applicable laws. Qualifications include a high school diploma or equivalent, excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and strong work ethic. Previous customer service and data entry experience are preferred but not mandatory. Ideal candidates are motivated, dependable, honest, organized, and represent the company with professionalism.
