Responsibilities include: Providing exceptional in-person and phone customer service, explaining loan products and terms, evaluating vehicles, maintaining accurate records, making courtesy reminder calls, and ensuring compliance with company policies and applicable laws. Qualifications & Skills: High school diploma or equivalent; positive attitude, strong work ethic, excellent communication, detail-oriented, organized; prior customer service and data entry experience preferred but not required. Must be dependable, honest, motivated, and professional.
