Customer Service Representative - Full Time

Responsibilities

• Call and schedule customers
• Answer phones
• Complete administrative tasks (e.g., data entry, scanning, filing)

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience with customer service and sales is valued but not required
• Ability to reliably commute to our office near Pinnacle Peak and 21st Ave
• Organized, professional, and task-oriented

Schedule

Monday–Friday, with four days from 8:00 AM–5:00 PM and a flex-day from 8:00 AM–2:00 PM. This is an in-office position only.

Pay

$19.00 an hour, plus bi-weekly bonuses. You control your pay scale through base pay and our bonus incentive program, with regular opportunities for pay increases.
