About the Role

Car Wash Attendant responsible for providing excellent customer service, guiding vehicles into the wash tunnel, and explaining wash options.

Breakdown of responsibilities: 70% customer interaction, 20% site upkeep, 5% opening/closing duties, and 5% troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

• Greeting customers and answering inquiries
• Assisting at pay stations
• Maintaining cleanliness of the wash site
• Performing light troubleshooting

Requirements

• Strong communication, sales, and customer service skills
• Teamwork and active listening abilities
• Proficiency with sales systems
• Professional attitude
• Experience in customer service preferred

Physical & Environmental Demands

• Standing and walking for extended periods
• Lifting up to 50 lbs
• Working outdoors in variable weather conditions
• Using personal protective equipment (PPE) in noisy environments
