Role Overview

This position involves outdoor, hands-on customer service at airport locations, assisting with vehicle rentals, returns, and checks. You will process rentals, check vehicles, and provide friendly support to ensure a positive customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers throughout rental and return processes
• Enter data into handheld devices
• Process loyalty rentals
• Check vehicles at exit gates
• Ensure smooth operations
• Maintain professionalism and deliver excellent service

Qualifications & Skills

• Valid driver's license
• Basic computer skills
• Effective verbal communication
• Customer-first mindset
• Ability to work outdoors, stay active, and handle physical tasks including sitting, standing, and driving
• Must be 18+ years old
• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• Willing to work flexible shifts
• Retail or customer service experience is a plus
