About the Role

This position involves outdoor, multi-function responsibilities at airport rental locations, focusing on assisting customers during vehicle rentals and returns.

Responsibilities

• Support customers throughout the rental and return process
• Check and inspect vehicles
• Enter information accurately into handheld devices
• Assist at exit gates and vehicle check-ins
• Deliver professional, friendly service to enhance customer satisfaction

Requirements

• Valid Driver’s License
• Basic computer skills (typing, data entry)
• Effective verbal communication and customer service skills
• Customer-first attitude with professionalism and patience
• Ability to work outdoors and stay active
• Flexibility to work various shifts
• Capable of moving throughout the lot, entering/exiting vehicles, and driving various vehicles
• Must be 18+ and legally authorized to work in the U.S.
• Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus
