Customer Service Representative (CSR)

As a Customer Service Representative at Children's Factory, you'll be the voice of our brand and a trusted partner to our customers. In this role, you'll play a vital part in creating positive, seamless experiences—whether you're helping a customer place an order, solving a challenge, or ensuring they have everything they need to succeed. What you'll do
- Be the go-to resource for customers by handling inbound and outbound calls with professionalism, care, and efficiency
- Deliver timely, accurate support on products, orders, pricing, shipping, and policies
- Take ownership of the customer experience by resolving concerns and turning challenges into positive outcomes
- Accurately enter and manage customer orders, ensuring attention to detail every step of the way
- Build strong partnerships with internal teams (including sales, warehouse, and production) to deliver on customer needs
- Support the sales team by assisting with product requests, pricing, and new customer setup
- Monitor and respond to customer feedback across digital platforms, helping protect and strengthen our brand reputation
- Stay curious and continuously build your knowledge of our products, systems, and processes
- Contribute to a positive, team-oriented environment where collaboration and accountability matter
About you
- You're someone who thrives on helping others and takes pride in delivering a great customer experience
- You bring:
- A high school diploma or equivalent (required)
- Previous customer service or call center experience (preferred)
- Comfort working with systems such as CRM or ERP platforms, along with Microsoft Office
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to connect clearly and professionally
- The ability to manage multiple priorities and stay organized in a high-volume environment
- A sharp eye for detail and accuracy, especially with order entry and documentation
- Confidence in problem-solving and navigating customer concerns with empathy and professionalism
- A calm, steady presence, even in high-pressure situations
- A team-first mindset, with the ability to collaborate while also working independently
- Reliability, accountability, and a strong commitment to showing up ready to contribute each day
