What You’ll Do as a CSR
- Answer & Manage Incoming Calls
- Schedule & Coordinate Jobs
- Outbound Customer Calls (Sales & Follow-Ups)
- Use Approved Call Scripts
- Track & Maintain Job Scheduling Data
- Handle Customer Service Requests & Complaints
- Support Craftsmen & Office Team
- Keep Data Clean & Organized
- Meet or Exceed Sales & Customer Satisfaction Goals

- Proficient with Basic Software & Technology
- Able to Work in a Fast-Paced Environment
- Self-Motivated & Independent
- Experience in a Customer Service, Office Admin, or Call Center Role (Preferred, but Not Required)
- Familiarity with Home Repairs & Remodeling (Preferred, but Not Required)
