What You’ll Do as a CSR

  • Answer & Manage Incoming Calls
  • Schedule & Coordinate Jobs
  • Outbound Customer Calls (Sales & Follow-Ups)
  • Use Approved Call Scripts
  • Track & Maintain Job Scheduling Data
  • Handle Customer Service Requests & Complaints
  • Support Craftsmen & Office Team
  • Keep Data Clean & Organized
  • Meet or Exceed Sales & Customer Satisfaction Goals

  • Friendly & Professional Demeanor
  • High Attention to Detail & Organization
  • Comfortable Making Outbound Calls
  • Proficient with Basic Software & Technology
  • Able to Work in a Fast-Paced Environment
  • Self-Motivated & Independent
  • Experience in a Customer Service, Office Admin, or Call Center Role (Preferred, but Not Required)
  • Familiarity with Home Repairs & Remodeling (Preferred, but Not Required)
