About the role

Our customer service representatives (CSRs) are essential in ensuring customer satisfaction through effective communication and service coordination.

Responsibilities

  • Track incoming service calls and assign jobs to technicians
  • Relay work orders, messages, or information to or from work crews, supervisors, or field inspectors
  • Coordinate service technician arrival times with customers
  • Communicate with customers after work is completed to ensure 100% customer satisfaction
  • Manage and update the customer database with complete and accurate information
  • Oversee service technicians' daily schedules and make updates as needed
  • Respond to customer calls to understand their needs and schedule service
  • Complete tasks promptly due to high self-motivation
  • Have a good understanding of the service area or map reading skills

  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Detail-oriented and able to multitask
  • Able to accurately retain and relay information
  • Effective communication with customers and team members
  • Excellent phone contact handling and active listening skills
  • Customer-oriented and adaptable to different types of customers
  • Strong data entry skills (a plus)
