Customer Service Representative (CSR)
Description
This is a fully in-office position. We are looking for a friendly, detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our team at our PHS Branch. This individual will be the first point of contact for our clients—answering inquiries, coordinating appointments, and ensuring a seamless customer experience from first contact to service completion. Serve as the primary point of contact for customers via phone, email, and in-person.

Schedule appointments and dispatch service technicians
Provide information about services, pricing, and timelines
Resolve customer concerns with professionalism and care
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and service details
Process Payments and Statements
Handle administrative tasks such as data entry and billing support
Requirements
- Minimum of 2-years' Experience in a Professional Setting (Reception and/or CSR)
- High Diploma (or Equivalent)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, etc.)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
- Problem-solving mindset and positive attitude
- Good Adaptability Skills (Able to Remain Calm During Stressful Customer/Employee Encounters)
