Customer Service Representative (Bilingual)

A fast-paced customer service position focused on building relationships, processing financial transactions, and promoting solutions while maintaining store standards and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain customer relationships
• Process transactions accurately, including check cashing, money transfers, and payments
• Assist customers with account management
• Promote and explain financial solutions
• Maintain store appearance and ensure compliance with company policies
• Participate in community events
• Engage in ongoing training and development
• Handle cash and follow security protocols
• Support team objectives and collaborate in a fast-paced environment
• Perform light lifting and physical tasks as required

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Excellent communication and attention to detail
• Proficiency with phones, POS systems, and Microsoft Office
• Must be at least 18 years old (19+ in some locations)
• Valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and personal vehicle
• Pass a background check
• Ability to stand, move, and handle light lifting

Preferred Skills

• Experience with check cashing, cash handling, or document verification
• Bilingual skills (English/Spanish)
