Customer Service Representative (Bilingual)

About the role

Assist community customers with financial solutions, processing transactions such as check cashing, money transfers, and payments while delivering exceptional in-store experiences.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain customer relationships
• Accurately validate and process transactions (check cashing, money transfers, payments)
• Maintain and update customer information
• Assist with account management and collections
• Support community events and outreach
• Ensure store cleanliness and presentation standards
• Uphold security and compliance protocols
• Participate in ongoing training
• Handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Excellent communication and attention to detail
• Proficiency with phone systems, POS, Microsoft Office, and computer systems
• At least 18 years old
• Must pass background checks
• Physical ability to stand, move, and operate controls for extended periods

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in check cashing or cash handling
• Bilingual in English and Spanish
• Valid driver’s license with auto insurance

Schedule

Full-time, including weekends, in a dynamic environment.
