Responsibilities
- Responsible for managing all incoming/outgoing phone and internet sales leads
- Setting, confirming, and following up with customer appointments
- Maintain an ongoing customer database to capture repeat business
- Work closely with Sales Representatives to ensure sales clients are assisted in a timely fashion
- Utilize CRM tracking system daily
- Follow up with leads that are not ready to make an appointment or no-show
- Stays informed about new products, features, accessories, etc., and their benefits to customers
Requirements
- Experience working in phone sales or customer service
- Prior BDC experience with an automotive dealership preferred
- Outstanding phone presence, able to effectively field a high volume of both inbound and outbound phone calls
- Excellent verbal/written communication and organization skills
- Outgoing and patient personality with outstanding customer relations ability
- Organized, multi-tasker, self-motivated with the ability to work effectively as part of a team or on individually-assigned tasks in a fast-paced, dynamic environment where superior time-management and prioritization skills are essential and required
