Automotive Sales Representative - Mercedes-Benz

Responsibilities

• Thoroughly explaining aspects of buying or leasing to all customers utilizing up-to-date product and pricing information
• Responsible for following up and retention of current and previous customers through direct phone calls and sponsored customer events
• Achieve high ratings for customer satisfaction per Mercedes internal customer surveys and per external measurements (industry surveys) by being highly responsive to customer needs and speedily resolving any customer problems and/or complaints
• Upgrade knowledge of Mercedes products and services and maintain professional and technical expertise by attending trade shows and/or educational programs, establishing personal networks, reviewing industry publications, and participating in professional societies
• Ensure correct handling of all sales transactions by tracking and submitting all necessary documentation
• Ensure regular use of sales prospecting and follow-up systems to increase retail facility business via CDK, Eleads, Automotive Mastermind, etc
• Keep clients informed of any changes prior to delivery

Requirements

• Current and valid Driver's License
• Must have at least 6 years of German car brand sales experience
• Excellent customer service experience
• Working knowledge or trainable in automotive retail center computer systems (CDK & Eleads strongly preferred)
• Excellent verbal/written communication and organization skills
• Outgoing and patient personality with outstanding customer relations ability
• Professional personal appearance

Pay

PAY RANGE: $123,556 - $322,347 ANNUALLY (Salary + Commission Structure)
