About the Opportunity
The Customer Service Representative role is designed to manage customer interactions related to sales and service inquiries during the evening shift. The position is critical for maintaining customer satisfaction by processing orders, addressing concerns, and facilitating smooth online transactions. This role contributes directly to customer retention and the overall operational efficiency of the service center.
Responsibilities
- Process orders, forms, applications, and customer requests
- Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers
- Aid new and existing customers through the online order process
- Answer customer service calls related to various issues
- Document and escalate complaints arising at stores to upper management
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Sales or customer service experience preferred
- Proficiency in Windows applications and typing skills
- Able to multitask effectively
- Fluency in spoken and written Spanish required
- Knowledge of customer service principles, relevant computer applications, administrative procedures, and product information
Pay Range and Compensation Package
The salary for this role is $14.00 per hour.
