About the role
Pike Industries, Inc., a subsidiary and integral part of CRH, is seeking a skilled individual to join our team. This position offers a starting wage of $23/hour, with potential for annual increases and a $10/hour shift differential. The role includes administrative duties, communication with other departments, and learning a new trade.
Responsibilities
- Operate scales for aggregates and asphalt
- Provide excellent customer service to both internal and external customers
- Perform administrative tasks throughout the day
- Communicate with other lines of business
- Learn a new trade
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience in construction or related field preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to operate heavy machinery and equipment
Qualifications
- Valid driver’s license
- Physical ability to perform the essential functions of the job
