About the role

Knife River is seeking a Crusher Foreman to manage and directly involve in all crushing-related tasks. The position involves safe and productive performance, adherence to company policies, and maintaining positive relationships with all personnel.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ability to safely and productively perform duties including management and direct involvement of all crushing related tasks.
• Work safely and follow all company policies.
• Establish and maintain positive and effective working relationships with all personnel.
• Perform all duties safely and productively to ensure quality work.
• Conduct daily equipment inspections to identify any safety and maintenance issues.

Requirements

• Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
• At least 2 years of experience or practical knowledge in this position, and management experience.
• Ability to perform simple computer tasks.
• Physical requirements include steady to intermittent and repetitive physical activity such as standing, stooping, kneeling, climbing, walking on uneven ground, lifting, carrying, pushing, shoveling, and raking.
• Able to work in all weather conditions.
