About the role
This is a full-time position at our Idaho Falls location. The Crusher Foreman will manage and directly participate in all crushing-related tasks, ensuring safe and productive operations. The role involves conducting daily equipment inspections to identify safety and maintenance issues, establishing positive working relationships with all personnel, and performing duties safely and efficiently to ensure quality work.

Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience or practical knowledge in a similar position, including management experience.
- Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
- Must pass a pre-employment drug test.
- Ability to perform simple computer tasks.
Physical Requirements
- Steady to intermittent and repetitive physical activity, including standing, stooping, kneeling, climbing, and walking on uneven ground.
- Lifting, carrying, pushing, shoveling, and raking.
- Ability to work in all weather conditions.
