Responsibilities

• Create a fun and welcoming environment by keeping the space clean, tidy, and organized.
• Greet, help, and thank customers, fostering wonderful connections with community members.
• Respond promptly to customer inquiries, product and service questions, and any issues.
• Maintain great visual presentation of merchandise and facility appearance.
• Educate customers on services, products, and promotions to enhance their experience.
• Follow company policies, procedures, and uniform dress code.
• Prioritize both customer and associate safety.
• Report equipment, machine, and building maintenance needs in a timely manner.
• Participate in community initiatives, including nonprofit organizations and school football teams.
• Contribute ideas and creativity to support facility growth.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering exceptional, friendly customer service.
• Ability to maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming environment.
• Proven track record of communicating and resolving customer inquiries promptly.
• Ability to follow company policies and ensure a consistent, safe experience.
• Experience maintaining visual presentation standards for merchandise and facilities.
• Skill in educating customers about services, products, and promotions.
• Strong attention to detail for reporting maintenance and safety concerns.
• Reliability in being on time for scheduled shifts.

Pay

Compensation ranges from $10 to $12 hourly, with flexible part‑time shifts, growth‑based pay, generous commissions, and bonuses.
