Customer Service Facility Attendant

As a Customer Service Facility Attendant, you’ll ensure a clean, bright, and safe environment for every guest, support high‑capacity, state‑of‑the‑art machines, and have opportunities to grow into roles like Spin Ambassador through mentorship and performance‑based rewards.

Responsibilities

• Create a fun and welcoming job environment by maintaining a clean, neat, and organized facility.
• Greet, help, and thank customers, building strong relationships within the community.
• Respond with urgency to customer inquiries, product and service questions, and any issues.
• Maintain great visual presentation of merchandise.
• Educate customers on services, products, and promotions with enthusiasm.
• Follow company policies, procedures, and uniform dress code.
• Prioritize both customer and associate safety.
• Report equipment, machine, and building maintenance opportunities in a timely manner.
• Participate in community initiatives, including nonprofit organizations and school football teams.
• Contribute ideas and take charge of creative solutions to drive facility growth.

Qualifications

• Experience providing exceptional customer service in a retail or service environment.
• Ability to maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming facility.
• Proven track record of building strong relationships with customers and community members.
• Ability to respond promptly and effectively to customer inquiries and issues.
• Experience maintaining visual presentation standards for merchandise.
• Enthusiasm for educating customers on products, services, and promotions.
• Commitment to following company policies, procedures, and uniform dress code consistently.
• Reliability and punctuality for scheduled shifts.

Pay

During a six‑week paid training period you’ll earn $10 per hour. After training, competitive pay ranges from $10 to $12 per hour plus commissions and bonuses.
