Since 1934, Empire Beauty School has been educating future beauty professionals in the art of cosmetology. Located in Portage, MI, we are currently seeking a Full-Time Customer Service Coordinator.
Responsibilities
- Greeting salon guests
- Managing the reception area
- Routing calls
- Data entry
- Manning the Point of Sale
- Mentoring assigned students
- Assisting with orientation, open houses, and other admissions-related activities
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- 1-2 years of customer service and clerical work
