Since 1934, Empire Beauty School has been educating future beauty professionals in the art of cosmetology. Located in Cincinnati, OH, we are currently seeking a Full-Time Customer Service Coordinator.

Responsibilities

• Greeting salon guests
• Managing the reception area
• Routing calls
• Data entry
• Maintaining the Point of Sale system
• Mentoring assigned students
• Assisting with orientation, open houses, and other admissions-related activities

Requirements

• A High School Diploma or GED
• 1-2 years of customer service and clerical work experience

Pay and Schedule

The pay rate for this position is $19.00 - 20.00 per hour, depending on experience and schedule. This position may require early morning, evening, and Saturday hours.
