What You’ll Do
- Greet and assist customers in person and over the phone
- Help provide customer quotes and capture new jobs
- Guide customers through the repair process from drop-off to delivery
- Support estimators with vehicle check-ins, photos, and documentation
- Cook up rentals and customer transportation
- Communicate repair updates clearly and consistently
- Deliver an excellent customer experience every step of the way
What We’re Looking For
- Strong communication and people skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Detail-oriented and dependable
- Customer Service Experience (automotive is a plus, not required)
